Shipping Policy

Important note: Order processing times are different than shipping times. Order processing time reflects the time it will take to prepare the order for shipping, shipping times are the amount of time the delivery service takes to deliver your package. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Canada Post shipping times may be longer than usual.

We ship to Canada, the USA, and internationally!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: We offer free standard shipping across Canada!

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, and anywhere that Canada Post ships (see Canada Post website).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers in the USA enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. spooliejoolie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For small items (greeting cards, stickers and single masks) regular mail is used and no tracking is available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

At this time, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. However, feel free to email us if you have any issues with your order and we will work together to find a solution!

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
